I am a yoga teacher and wellness coach. I base my teaching on Kundalini yoga implementing many other practices in the process and I call it Kundalini flow. It is a mix of diverse yoga traditions practices such as Hatha flow warm-ups, joint workouts, kundalini kriyas, diverse meditations, sound & essential oil & sound healing relaxations. Each class is dedicated to a particular subject and is always different.

I am certified yoga teacher holding Yoga TTC (The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy NY). I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and visiting various ashrams in India. For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion and relaxation.

So, my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic yet soft Vinyasa Flow style. I implement Restorative Yoga Flow sequences that integrate gentle yoga movements (that soften and strengthen the body) and blends the breath for emotional balancing. The breath guides the practice and initiates every physical movement of the body.

Vinyasa Flow is truly a moving meditation.

One class lasts 75 – 90 minutes
*Intro to Yoga-pass includes 3 classes and can be purchased twice. Available to first time visitors only.
All our yoga-passes expire 3 months from date of purchase.
