I am Irina. Yoga is a part of my Life and Love which I am happy to share with you!

I have always dreamed of creating a space where people feel comfortable, safe to connect, and inspired. Yogatime Studio is the realization of that dream — a place for peace, inspiration, understanding, and acceptance.


I have been practicing yoga for 18 years. From a young age, I was immersed in sports – tennis, swimming, and ballroom dancing, where I earned the title of Candidate for Master of Sports. This journey eventually led me to a professional study of the body and mind.


At the Faculty of Psychology, I studied yoga as a tool for body-oriented psychotherapy. This experience helped me develop a unique teaching approach that integrates knowledge of the body, emotions, and energy.
